Every team must enter a 20-23 man roster being within the salary cap barriers at all times during the season, and I will be personally checking each roster as well as the ehm file will automatically calculate numbers each sim, and I will post under "Salary Cap Warnings" for those teams that are not cap compliant.
Warning 1: Verbal warning
Warning 2: Written warning
Warning 3: Benching of top player for 1 sim
Warning 4: Backup goalie plays for 1 month
Warning 5: 4th line and 1st line switch for one months sim
Warnings will accumulate over 2 season but then be reset.
